To help us diagnose and repair your appliance quickly, we’ll need the model number from the unit. This is usually found on a sticker or metal tag. Here's where to look:

• Front Load Washer: Inside the door frame, or on the back or sides of the unit

• Top Load Washer: Under the lid at the back on the frame (not the lid), or on the back/sides

• Dryer: Inside the door, on the frame

• Stove: Behind the storage drawer, on the front leg

• Wall Oven: Under the control panel (open the door)

• Fridge: Inside the fresh food section, on the wall

• Dishwasher: On the side of the inner door or the frame

• Range Hood: Underneath the hood

• Over-the-Range Microwave: Underneath the unit or inside the door

🔄 Parts Return Policy

Electrical parts are non-refundable. All other parts must be returned within 15 days, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
